How to make god's abilities obtainable?

Hi,
As far as I remember it's my first troll that went so deep.
But the problem is that I cannot make use of Zin's (or maybe
Shining One's) abilities because my chances are bad (Holy Word)
and very bad (Guardian Angel).
The dump follows.
And one more interesting idea: I found silver statue that let
me earn 4000 XP: I moved to it, waited for the demons and
stepped back. Then in my god's name I killed the demons. Well,
it was not-so-fair, so I destroyed the statue.

AFAIR your chances are modified by your ivocations skills - use the
simplest god abilities when you have free exp to spend and your Invocations
skill and chances will raise (not so fast for the best of them).

Personally I don't think it's cheating - just opportunity.

Very lucky, helped much as Zin is not really helpful in general fight IMO.

Well, I wouldn't overestimate that - AFAIR trolls have default food
consumption of 9, ring does -2, so the consumption is 7 and ring reduces
only by 23%. If you have sth better I'd not bother about the ring except if
you run off the food (but there is plenty of monsters and Zin doesn't like
them so no problem I guess).

Depends on how heavy it is, for -2Heavy armour, you lose 1.4 * 2 = 3EV =
6 levels of dodging skill and gain the rest 8, resulting in +4 to evasion
stat, so not bad finally.
For your Storm Dragon Armour -5EV, you lose 1.4*5 = 7 EV = 14 levels of
evasion skill, so you'd not have *any* bonus from the skill, and in
addition AFAIK it will not raise when you will have heavy armour worn. So
all the exp you spent for it is wasted (that's exactly the Troll/evasion
problem I discussed with Tina).

I'd turn everything off to save exp points for the armour skill, that
developes both during fighting and during running, so it's wise IMO to have
some spare points everytime. It's much easier actually to raise Armour that
i.e. your Axes skill (as the difference in levels in high: 16 and 5).

Nice stuff except space distorting and inefficient meat digestion. Be
careful as controlled translocations give you magic contamination, that
probably will ruin a little your collection if you will not protect it.

Seems I will have to do it. The problem is that using them costs
me piety.

Sure.

Space distortion isn't so much troublesome as I can control it.
I didn't start glowing yet; are You sure that mutation induced control
contamintes me to?

Yeah, little amount (one point), I'm not quite sure if you will eventually
gain sufficient contamination (contamination wears off over time).
If contamination "decides to work" you have 20% chance for random mutation
and 80% chance for bad mutation, so the risk is rather high IMO. If
contamination will be active I'd try to get rid of one of these two
mutations.
