How to move an lg g2 backup on pc to samsung s6?

I dropped my lg g2 and smashed the screen. the lg is unrisponsive and cant be recognised on my pc. i however have a lgbackup saved on my pc from previously backing it up. how would i go about moving my lg backup onto my samsung and restoring what i had on the lg onto my new samsung?

What did you use to do the backup If it's from an LG utility, look at the manual and options and see what it can export to. Often the carrier you are using also has backups of the information saved in your account. Your Google account may also store much of your data/contacts.
