How to overclock Dell Inspiron 545S Windows 7 (64)

oh and my CPU is a Pentium Dual-Core E5300 @ 2.60 GHz. currently only have 4GB of ram but about to order 4GB more to total out to 8GB... my graphics card from my old computer isn't compatible so I'm going to have to buy a better one
