Hi, I'm going to upgrade my PC and I have a problem to determine what's the best. With my budget I'm planning to buy: PIII 800 FSB 100 FCPGA, Intel D815 EEA, SDRAM 128 PC 133, Power Color Riva TNT2 Pro + TV Out, Creative Live! Value, Quantum 10.2 GB LM 7200 RPM, Acer DVP 1040A, Altec Lansing ADA 880. My questions are:
1. How to overclock to 1GHz? Is it simply by increasing the FSB to 125 or 133? What tools do I need to make sure nothing goes wrong with it?
2. Do I have to change the motherboard, say with Asus CUSL-2C or the other?
3. My goals is to make a home entertainment, that's why I choose graphic card that has TV Out in it. What else do I need?
Thank you for all your help...

first of all I have to disagree with getting such an old video card. The TNT2 is old school. You can get yourself a GF2 MX with video out for like $115 and it is much better. I'd also suggest getting the P3 700e instead of the 800. The 700 is known to be more OCable because the P3 is notorious for not running well over 1gig. with the 700 you can use the 133 FSB x 7 = 933 or 148 FSB x 7 = 1036. The 800 would give you 133 x 8 = 1064 lowest. At 125 bus or so, you are stressing your PCI and AGP bus so much, your odds of running stable are slim. You have to make sure your motherboard increases its PCI divider at 133MHz bus and higher for the OCing to be effective.
