Hello, how can I pin Chrome profiles into Start? I right clicked on them and chose "pin to start", however when they got pinned there, they had different names like "profile 2" & "profile 3" & when I was clicking on them nothing was happening. Is there any way to pin profiles in start?

Windows version 1909 (OS build 18363.900).

Does the process provided in the link work?

Also found the following link:

https://www.howtogeek.com/256629/ho...hortcut-to-open-a-specific-profile-in-chrome/

And, in case I am going off-track here is another link. Specifically titled "pinned Start Menu shortcut":

Thanks for the links but none of them address my issue. The last thing explains how we can create Windows shortcust of profiles. I already knew it. In fact, I already have shortucts of those profiles on my desktop and taskbar. My problem is that I want them to pin in the start, but when I do, they don't work (when I click on them, nothing happens) and they get weird name.

I want them in start because, my work computer is part of domain/server and sometimes we have issue that something happens to it and shortcuts in taskbar get screwed up. So, having shortcuts in my taskbar isn't reliable and I don't use (like) shortcuts on my desktop. So, I thought it would be ideal to pin my Chrome profiles in the start, but seems like Chrome or Windows 10 doesn't allow this.

Here is another link that seems to address your requirements:

https://www.tenforums.com/browsers-...owser-chrome-profiles-into-windows-start.html

Unfortunately link is undated and no indication if the suggested process worked or not...

Noted that you also posted in another Forum - no problem with that beyond me now going in circles. :)
Hehe, yeah, it's me there :) Posted on other forums too. One user suggested that I can create copies of those shortcuts in start menu folder here C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

I went there, but don't see start menu at all. This is how it looks here:

I don't understand why I don't have start menu here. Maybe because it's managed by server or something?
