I have 16GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 3k. However recently I've had my PC becoming slow and in some cases crashing programs. After checking my Task Manager I found that all my memory was being used by Service Host and other Services by Windows. (Up to about 640 MB per program. I've tried a lot of fixes involving Regedit and CMD but nothing has fixed it. Furthermore I am unable to reset my Windows 10. Any help would be much appreciated.

PC Specs -

CPU - i7 8700k
GPU - Zotac RTX 2060
RAM - 16 GB Team Group Vulcan (4x4 GB)
Motherboard - MSI Z390-A PRO
