How to record computer video output to VCR/SVHS camera?

Howdy!

I would like to record my ARMA III gaming onto an SVHS device. However, my camera, and VCR only accept S-Video or Composite input. Can I run a second video card with S-video output into my VCR or camera to record? Any alternative suggestions would be appreciated, too!

Windows 8.1, Radeon HD 7850.

No, I mean, I to know if I can run a separate video card at the same time as my 7850, and have it output the game into the VCR/Camera. My 7850 does not support analog video output.

Probably - but Display settings will have to recognise the camera - so probably not.

Most people output it to their hard drive - using OBS or Shadowplay (nVidia cards). Same as your camera recording it.
