How to reinstall my chess titans

I use to have chess titans on my toshiba operating with Vista, but I later deleted it and regreted doing so, but since then I got some directions from the net on how to reinstall, by clicking to start, then control panel and so on, I did it and it shows that it has been ticked, but yet whenever iI want to play the game, I dont find it in my computer programs even in the game menu. What step can I take please?

Try unticking it / restarting your computer, and then tick it again to add it back
