I have G.Skill 2 x 16GB DDR4-3600 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC) installed on Asus Tuf X570-PLUS (WFIF) motherboard with AMD 3700X CPU.

I used to enable DOCP profile where my memory reads 3600MHz and everything was running fine, but after almost a year and a half, my PC started to randomly reboot while gaming. I did a lot of troubleshooting including changing my PSU and updating BIOS firmware, but the only solution was to disable DOCP and put everything to Auto in the BIOS. Note that DOCP was the only OC setting I used.

However, now my memory reads 2133MHz, so I think I am losing a lot of performance, thus I want to try to set memory speed to 3200MHz instead of 3600MHz (since official AMD 3700X specs says max mem speed is 3200MHz for some reason!) to see if my PC will be stable with that RAM frequency speed.

Can I enabled DOCP on the BIOS and manually adjust Memory speed to 3200MHz (instead of 3600MHz)?
What about FLCK Frequency, should it be set to 1200MHz to get 1:1 infinity fabric (I don't know what that is tbh)?
What about DRAM timing and voltage, should I keep it as per my RAM specs (16-19-19-38, 1.35v)?
Lastly, with DOCP enabled, BIOS set tRC timing to 52 but CPUZ tool says that my memory tRC is 58, so which one is correct?
