Question How to set up wired audio in a meeting room

Hello!
We do have a meeting room that we use for video call as well.

Currently, we're using the CM 200 from Balila, like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Transmitte...1726677082&sprefix=balila+,aps,84&sr=8-3&th=1

It has a central speaker and 5 wireless microphones. It works ok I guess, but the mics keep disconnecting or need frequent charging.

I was wondering if any wired system exists, instead, or how to set up one without too much hassle. The first thing that would come to my mind is to get a USB sound card with enough inputs for all the mic and an output for the speaker, but they would require a different power source for the speaker. in other words, is a CM 200-like system with wired mics possible?

Thanks! A bit on the pricey side, though, and they lack the speaker.
