How to solve the problem regarding internet download manager?

My Internet download manager has been registered with a fake serial number or the serial number internet has been blocked and I want to reinstall for free? If anyone having any idea relating this topic please suggest me.

The IDM issues or problem sometimes the caused is a number of factors, the most common of them being incorrectly configured network settings, conflicting system settings or corrupt entries in the Windows registry. I don't have an issue with my IDM but it is base on my searching.

Looks like spam but......

Contact the company where your software came from. I purchased something and had 14 days to register the product. The user is the one who registers it and it is your download manager meaning your would be the user you registered it.

What is a Serial Number Internet?

If this is a paid product we can't help with theft. If not then just uninstall the offending software and reinstall. My internet download manager was free.
