Question How to stop speakers producing a buzzing sound whenever the red light on case front is lit?

This has been ongoing for a long time, but I remember a time when this was not the case.

As per the title, whenever the blinking red light usually found on front of a computer case is "on", it is simultaneously followed by a buzzing sound from my speaker. The buzz is very noticeable when I turn up the volume, and it can be mildly annoying to head-spinningly irritating.

I heard it's called HDD Activity Light.

From Lifewire:
A hard drive activity light sometimes referred to as an HDD LED, a hard drive light, or a hard drive activity indicator, is a small LED light that illuminates whenever the hard drive or other built-in storage is being read from or written to.

Can you please help me resolve this speaker issue?
