I used to have 2 green audio jacks on my desktop PC, with headphones and speakers connected to each. I could switch between them without unplugging, using an app called Audio Switcher (audioswit.ch), so output would come out of only one of them.
But one green jack broke so now I have only one green and two pink (mic) jacks. I can connect my headphones to the mic input and they output audio fine. But now the audio switch no longer works. Realtek audio manager shows headphones and speakers, but switching between them does nothing.
Is there a way to switch between them, with both plugged in, using only an app, or Windows?
Maybe I can change the audio mic to be an audio output in the BIOS?
Thanks
