Is it possible to use a HDMI loop through for multiple users on separate screens and interact with the device in different ways? what I want to do is have multiple users streaming different content from one device on separate screens, I heard HDMI loop through can do that but it's not being explained how, all I have been finding is that it's like an HDMI splitter. If there is a way to stream from one device on different screens please let me know.

Having multiple users using the same PC requires either multi-seat software or using a bare metal VM manager with multiple VMs, along with a number of displays and inputs for each user.
o ok I see. I was hoping to use this for an IPTV service where I would have different tv screens watching different channels while accessing the same IPTV box.

You can have a main computer with a media server set up, then something like an Amazon Fire Stick, Roku Stick, or similar can connect to the server and get videos from that.
