Use multiple desktops in Windows 10
Using multiple desktops is a tidier way to multitask without having to Alt-tab all the time. Here’s how you set it up.

1. Click on the Task View icon on the Windows Taskbar. (The icon looks like a rectangle with ears.)
2. Click the ‘+’ New Desktop icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. A new screen will now appear and you can Open programs within your new desktop as normal.
3. To close a desktop, go into Task View and click the little x in the top right corner of the desktop.
