am I missing anything? I'm not so sure about the videocard though, any suggestions on that would help. And I was thinking of upgrading to the "Barton" 2800+ for ~$80 more. Is that worth it?

If the processor is unlocked, you can either change the multiplier or push the front side bus (both settings in the BIOS). I just built on of these for a friend and his XP2500+ was unlocked and his chip ran at XP2800+ speed at standard voltage with just a multiplier change.

The key is to find stability and you can put a little more voltage to the processor if needed, but watch the heat carefully.
