Question HP 27XQ or DELL S2719DG

Hi,

I'm in the market for a new monitor which I've been searching around for since the beginning of the week now and was hoping to keep it at £400 or less

I've came across HP 27xq Quad HD 27" LCD Gaming Monitor & DELL S2719DGF Quad HD 27” LED Gaming Monitor.

Any advice on which is the better monitor or even so another alternative?

I was hoping for 1440p 144hz and probably have to be freesync (g-sync compatible) at my budget.

It's main use will be gaming with a focus on rpgs/mmos with the occasional FPS at a non competitive level and watching movies etc.
