So I purchased a custom PC from HP and when I clicked place order something went wrong because after receiving the email confirmation I realized the price was less than it was when I ordered. So I checked it and it appears to have given me a lesser processor and lesser graphics card. All I want to do is change the order or cancel it, however, it being a Saturday there is no customer support until Monday. I read on their site their policy for cancelling is a 1 hour window after purchase to cancel. So, my question is if anyone knows if I have until an hour after they open on Monday to cancel or am I screwed?

and I think it said to ship on June.
anyway, I think hp did an update this morning, I was looking at it too.
they have the 5700g on HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m
That's the one I wanted but with the 1660ti GPU not the super. Or at least the 2060 but I only get the super or the 3060 for $230 more than the 1660 super. What I got instead was the Ryzen 5 and the super. If this ask isn't fixable do you know if I'd be able to upgrade to the Ryzen 7 and the 2060 later? Also how do I upload screen shots? Lol, I'm a noob!

if you going to upgrade. contact them on Monday.

upload screenshot to imgur.com and post the link here
This is what I got
https://postimg.cc/BPWMRcVH but I wanted the Ryzen 7 and 1660ti. Hopefully I can get it worked out Monday. I guess while I have you, is this PC or (if I get the order cancelled) 2170 good motherboards for gaming? I'm not trying to be a YouTuber it twitch streamer, just want to play whatever I want without most issues for under 1500. I don't mind upgrading in a few years. Thanks for your time and input.

This is the build I want for $1375(what I originally selected with the 1070m)

~HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m PC
~AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G (3.8 GHz up to 4.6 GHz, 16 MB L3 cache, 8 cores)
~16 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)
~1TB SSD storage
~NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Super (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated)(would rather have the TI or the 2060 but it's N/A on this model)
~Shadow black front bezel, Acid Green Chrome logo with 400W Power Supply
~Realtek Canary ac 2x2 +Bluetooth 5 M.2 2230 PCI-e+USB WW with 2 antennas

Is this even worth it? Should I be looking elsewhere like Tiger direct, Newegg, Lenovo, or CyberpowerPC?(was my last one and it was a lemon!)

depend on what upgrade are you thinking?
cpu? motherboard? ram? gpu? psu?

the higher end one mostly use standard, cheaper one are proprietary
I'm guessing motherboard, CPU, and GPU are the most expensive(just from what I've seen recently) so I would think I'd want to get good parts for those now and can upgrade ram and hd later. But I'm not savvy in this area. I just know I want to play all the new games and mods with great graphics for under 1500. Not trying to stream or make YouTube videos, just want to game, lol.

What do you think of this prebuilt?
