HP Elitebook Issues

Hello everyone! My friend has a Hewlett Packard Elitebook. It had issues with wifi so he tried to turn it off. After he turned it off he tried to turn it on. After this no display would show at all. I have tried connecting this to an external display but that did not work. I have tried Windows+P and ALT+F6 but it does not work. Any possible solutions he uses this computer for work and he needs help ASAP. Thanks

I see that issue a lot with HP laptops. Sometimes you can disconnect the battery and power hold down the power button for 30 sec and then plug it back in and turn it on.
