Hi,
I recently bought a brand new HP Officejet J4680 (wireless)
The problem is the software that i got with it doesn't work
Each time i tried to install/configure the printer it crashes saying a fatal error occured
I'm running Vista x64, is this the problem? an incompatibility with the 64-bit system?
I'd like to know before i return it to the store

Seems that the problem is much bigger than just my printer
I tried to do an update via Win Update but it failed
Then i tried some other things and it seems that the whole Win Installer is bugging
So, logically, i tried to reinstall it but it's not working, crashing all the times

How do i solve this?
