[SOLVED] HP Pavilion TG01-0199 PSU Upgrade

I have an HP Pavilion TG01-0199 which has a "310 W Gold efficiency power supply" and currently uses a Nvidia GTX 1650 GPU which is rated for a 350-400W PSU. So that leaves me wondering why HP is building computers with GPU's rated for higher wattage PSU's than they are using. On their other builds they are using the same PSU's for GTX 1660 which are rated for even higher wattage. Can I safely upgrade the GPU without replacing the power supply? If not I would ideally like to upgrade the PSU to about 550W so I could safely use a Nvidia RTX 2060S but I am at a loss for what size PSU to use or if I can even find one that will fit. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

looking at the motherboard. it not standard anything. so upgrade probably not possible
