Sometime when you create a thread the forum creates a duplicate thread. It does not have often, but it has happened before. This is what happened to you since the time stamp is exactly the same in both threads; 4:14:19 PM.

Regarding your issue...

It is likely the drivers has somehow stopped working properly. You could try uninstalling the drivers in re-install them. If your laptop does not have a directory with installable drivers, then visit HP's website to download drivers for your camera.
