Hello I am currently looking at upgrading my gpu for my pre-built hp pavilion gaming desktop 690-0010 https://support.hp.com/us-en/produc...0a/37730935/model/21447498/document/c05950974 link to manufacturer specs. I know I have to measure because lack of space in case but I am also concerned with only 310 watt power supply upgrading gpu I'll have to upgrade power supply. Currently I have a radeon rx 550 gpu if anyone has any recommendations on this pc or could help me find some parts I'd be greatly appreciative.

You have proprietary MoBo with proprietary PSU. Meaning that standard ATX SFF PSU doesn't work (e.g Seasonic Focus SGX). Instead, you need to source the PSU from another HP prebuilt.

Found this topic where the PSU upgrade for the same model of PC as yours, was solved,

Note, besides needing proper HP PSU, you need to do some jerry-rigging.

Without upgrading PSU, GTX 1650, without PCI-E power connection, is tops your 310W PSU can do.
