I installed windows 10 pro on hdd in the server and when I booted it up task manager reads 0% utilization across all cores. I am able to use the server for what I bought it for ie. hosting a modded game server, but I would like to be able to see the utilization. I installed drivers and it still was broken. (I had just started the system which is why the hdd is floored, it is going to get replaced by an ssd in 2 days)

I solved the issue by installing windows server 2016 instead of windows pro.
This is a rack mount server so you need to install all of HP's drivers for it. That will probably solve the issue.
non of the drivers on HP's website state that they are for windows pro(because the server was obviously not meant for it), but for different versions of windows server, would they work with windows pro or would I have to install a version of windows server for them to work properly? Also specifically what device driver do you think I need?
