Question hp z1 aio questions

hi there. just wondering if i can replace a hp z1 g2 board into a hp z1 g1 aio. it looks the same. is it possible?
secondly may i know the max cpu hp z1 g1 and g2 can support in 2021?
and can i just use any new mxm graphic to upgradethe hp z1 workstation?

Use those funds towards something new that does meet your needs.
