Question Huge graphics Glitches/Visual Artefacts with RTX4070

Hi ! It's the first time I experience such horrible graphic glitches, it's not a very first, but usually it disappears when I update the drivers or restart the game.

I just finished a 50+hours stretch on Kingdom Come Delivrance 2 and it happened to me once or twice in very small amount and a restart of the game fixed it.
But in Avowed I can't get rid of it.. I updated my drivers, tried all the different options for RT and DLSS... It's always here when I load my save. Here's how it looks :

OS : Win11
MB : ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F Gaming WiFi II
PSU : Corsair RM1000e
CPU : i9-14900K
GPU : Gigabyte RTX 4070
RAM : VENGEANCE DDR5 64Go, 5200MHz

how hot is it getting while gaming?

try 60Hz refresh rate, does it happen then too?

Oh Please.. I hope that's not it.. I bought it in april 2023 I think.. That would be my first dead GPU ever.

I launched the game for 15 min, no glitchs, and the temp seemed normal to me, between 55-60°C
