Question Huge stuttering in Fortnite but not in Warzone

I have been having this for some time, but it bothers me a lot.
I have huge stuttering in Fortnite.
Minor in Rocket league, League of Legends and Csgo.
And none at all in Battlefield 5, Assassins Creed Valhalla, Gta 5 and Warzone.
I dont know when it started because i didn't notice it until i tried Fortnite.
Temperatures are good, and nothing is bottlenecked.
To me it looks like a software problem. I have tried basically everything on the internet but nothing has worked.
I have an i3 9100F, Gtx 1650 Super, two 8 gb ram sticks and Be quiet power9 400W
Please help

Explain more about "everything" that you have already tried?

Did you reinstall Windows? This makes 90% of software issues go away.

Can you give us more information, like the specific things you've tried? When you said you tried "everything", did this include driver updates? I had a problem where Hitman 3 would stutter, but every other game was okay. Then I updated my chipset driver and that fixed the problem. In your situation, this may or may not have something to do with the graphics driver.

I have tried reinstalling windows, drivers but i fixed it. It was my ssd. I dont know how it was stuttering in some games and some not.
