Question Hyperx Cloud II Pro 7.1 USB HID FIX

Hey, own Hyperx Cloud 2 Pro and in device manager at Human Interface Headset(HID) my compliant headset has a yellow triangle with "!". Beaucase of this my pc restarts or freeze after few minutes.
Device status at HID:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated.

I tried this https://www.hyperxgaming.com/en/support/technical/downloads/87032 and it worked for like 3-4 days.
