I'm thinking a static short as well. Usually they're pretty difficult to get the wrong plug into the wrong hole, but if your system isn't grounded properly, and you're in a dry, high static environment, it's possible (and I've done it myself as well) where touching the computer can cause a situation where the computer won't turn back on. Usually manufacturers build some basic protections against actual physical damage, but remember that the static you can generate actually gets close to 25,000 volts.

What I would do:

1) unplug the computer completely.
2) remove the battery from the motherboard.
3) short (connect) the 'reset cmos' pins
4) make sure you plug into a PROPERLY grounded outlet with an unmodified plug (!!!!).
5) try...

I don't even know myself. Immidietly when it hit the metal part of the USB port, computer shut down and now it doesn't turn on anymore.

If none of that works, I would start with trying a PSU swap, and work your way down until you find out what was damaged.
