Question I always have to force shut down before booting ?

I had a 1 TB HDD and installed a new SSD into my laptop and installed Windows 10 on it. Now when I turn on my laptop it just remains stuck at booting logo. I have to forcefully shut it down by holding power button and turn it on again. Then it turns on and works normally. Also if I make my laptop sleep, it wakes up, but freezes after some time.

I have tried updating drivers and also fresh installed Windows, but that didn't work.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Can you please parse the make and model of your laptop? Please mention the make and model of your SSD as well. Are you able to get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely? While here, please take a look at your BIOS version. As for your HDD, try and remove it from your laptop and work with the SSD standalone on the laptop. If you have nothing important on the SSD, I'd advise on reinstalling the OS, after deleting all partitions on the SSD.

Where did you source the installer for your OS?
