and i was looking for some last minute opinions on my build. i just wanna make sure im making the right choices with my parts.

here's the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bbPFLk

here's my goal with the pc: to mainly games (AAA and indie titles) at 1080p and stream some music.

any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Oh ok, looks good then. Just thought I'd speak up (wouldn't be the first time I forgot something in a parts list lol). Didn't want you to get it together and immediately have all your space gone after installing a game or two. Wouldn't have been the end of the world, hdd's can always be added later with minimal headache when there's a need for more storage.

The i5/970 combo is a nice one for the budget without going nuts on price. Nice choice on the case too, plenty roomy for expanding and nice airflow.
I didn't see a hard drive aside from the 120gb ssd. Not sure if the games you play are loaded on steam or cloud based but many AAA titles are getting rather large (50gb give or take). If you don't have another hdd you're including from a previous build I'd suggest adding at least a 1tb drive for games. If the budget is too tight for an additional drive I'd get a decent 1tb hdd in place of the ssd. Ssd's are nice but won't make games faster aside from initial loading/chapter loading and 120gb is too small to hold more than a game or two in addition to windows and other things. If games are 30gb you might fit 3, if 50gb you might fit one or two in addition to windows. Also don't forget to leave some space on the drive, ssd's are like hdd's since they don't run nearly as well when pushed to full capacity.

Wait a sec that's a full tower case which is nice, but unless your really going to fill it with a ton of stuff and have a custom watercooling setup a mid tower would be better as it isn't as massive.

Mr. Sasquatch: i chose that case because it is a widely regarded case (from what i have seen from various forums) and i wanted something that would afford me space to upgrade should i ever feel the need to.

Dunlop0078: thanks for the info fella.
