[FROM STEAM HELP]

Essentially I have a few questions. My RAM seems to be under performing. It is 3600 and the BIOS reads that is is indeed clocked to 3666! However, in practice it benchmarks low (In userbenchmark at least). Also, all of my system info reports that it runs at 1800 mhz??? This is just a little confusing but im sure there is a simple explanation for it. Secondly, I am rocking a Corsair H100i Platinum liquid cooler and im very happy with it...I just have no idea how it works. In my gaming laptop (my previous rig) the fans would automatically spin up or slow down in accordance with the load and temps. However, even under stress testing I hear clearly that the fans on my cooler are NOT changing speed to match workload. I do NOT want this to cause overheating issues in the future. If anybody can give me some clues here I would be greatly appreciative!
Thank You.

Ryzen Master is the most accurate way to monitor temperature and voltage on a Ryzen CPU.
I just use it to monitor my CPU.
Using it to OC can cause issues because it actually changes settings in the BIOS, which is why I would NOT recommend using it to OC your CPU.

I have their ICUE software. It just does not give me my answer. Idk if, for example I start an intensive process, the fans will automatically ramp up speed to cool my cpu down or if i will have to keep using their software to manually adjust the fan speed based on cpu temp readings.

Yes 3000 series Ryzen CPU's do run hotter than previous Ryzen CPU's.
The latest version of the AMD chipset drivers are supposed to help keep the idle temperature lower, so if you haven't updated them to the latest version, you should do that.

They are I updated them yesterday. I clicked on the drivers and ran the AMD wizard as prompted.
