Question I am trying to overclock Xl2411z but it wont even overclock by 1Hz

Bored during these indoor times I am trying to overclock my Benq XL2411z, however as soon as i try to bump up the refresh rate i get the 'Out of range' message and my monitor goes black. I have seen people overclock this monitor to upwards of 190Hz. Thanks for any future help
