So I have now fully built my pc and everything seems to be working however I can't boot a windows 10 installation in my newly built pc. At first it gave me an error of legacy boot so what it said was "This drive can only boot in UEFI mode and not in legacy/Bios. I found the solution for it which was to recreate the media in Rufus with partition Scheme being MBR and Target as BIOS. It worked like finally it loaded up the Asus logo but then the spinning circle got froze and has been like that for more then 5-7 min. Please help what should I do as now I am stressing out. Its a Asus motherboard prime Z370 P II.

Is there a reason you didn't want to just use UEFI mode like it wanted?

In order to use MBR you have to set everything in CSM to Legacy mode, and also disable the Secure Boot option. And then you get the benefit of less security and being unable to boot from any >2TB disk.

You make an MBR compatible USB media by running the Media Creation Tool on an old PC that itself uses MBR, no Rufus required--so no question if you set all the settings properly. Easiest to just download the .iso instead though and burn a bootable disc, as that works every time for either UEFI or Legacy boot.
