Question I bought a new HDD and tried to create simple volume for pc to regonize , now can't open windows

I bought a new hdd and partioned it but it didn't happened immediately so i waited and restarted the pc (dumb idea) after that it didn't boot or went into the bios so i unplug the sata cable and it worked correctly how can i fix this issue.

It won't boot only if i unplug the sata. Don't have a another sata the sata is new btw.

At the other forums one guy said start with secure boot and try to partion it.

Yep when i unplug the sata cable its fine. I might confused u at the other sentence.
