cpu: i5 13400
mobo: Gigabyte H610M H V2 DDR4 LGA1700
ram: 16gb kingston fury

your processor is reading data
and your GPU is rendering that data.

where do you believe some type of limit is being reached?

ok so im tryna play warzone it was so laggy, so i checked my task manager it said 100% cpu 0-30% gpu
600W power supply X-POWER and i had it for about 4 years now maybe

this isn't a "make & model".

but if you mean a type of the Xigmatek X-Power series,
then that very low-end power supply is probably what is hindering the GPU's performance.

i seriously doubt it can provide anywhere near a stable 600-650w that the RTX 3070s require.

You might be able to find a review of that make and model online.

But that wouldn't mean your particular power supply is as good (or bad) as the one tested.

an ammeter or voltmeter could provide those details but it wouldn't mean that this is a reliable, or trustworthy at all, device.

besides that it's output cannot be relied upon for stable power,
the low quality manufacturing means that this unit or anything connected to it could blow at any time.

2. Take the term "bottleneck" out of your vocabulary.

3. Analyze what other software is running while you play these laggy games.

try with a reliable power supply and see if the GPU performs as it should.

you haven't stated what make & model your GPU is either.
many RTX 3070s require a minimum 650w PSU.

Let's not forget that Warzone is an ONLINE game so it certainly could be his internet connection as well which we know nothing about.

Exactly; that game doesn't run well half the time for me on rural internet of 700KB/s
