So i recently built my new computer and every component turned on but my graphics card didnt. The white LED above the power cable turned on and I made sure that they were connected to the PSU
Here is the list of components:
-Intel core i7 6900k
Asus Rog Rampage 5 edition 10
32 GB of ddr4 3200mhz ram
1 Gtx 1080
1 Gtx 1080 OC edition
samsung m.2 nvme SSD 512 GB
and a Corsair hx1200 PSU

Did you check the cable from the power supply to the graphics card?

if you managed to insert the PCIE power cables to your 1080s? the 8pin and 6pin? they should be from 2 different cables for each gpu. do not assume its not on if the fans are not running. high end card wont use the fan until it reaches a certain temp. did you double check on your device manager?

For some reason, the motherboard does not receive the needed power. Try testing the board outside the case. If still the same, try borrowing a power supply and testing.

Unzip and rename the file from RAMPAGE-V-EDITION-10-ASUS-1801.CAP to R5E10.CAP
Save the renamed file on a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
Connect the drive to the designated Flashback port (check the manual, for correctly identifying it).
Don't start the board. Press the Flashback button for 3 seconds. Wait until the process completes (more than 10 seconds).
Then test again, and see what code with single RAM.
