Longhorn was the name for an OS in development it eventually became Vista and Server 2008, not something available to the public outside of a leak of an alpha version that was unfinished and unstable.

NO one refers to an OS by it's MS codename....

WIn10 is freely downloadable.....by anyone.

you need a license to activate it....but you can install it non-activated.

why do you want to add pain to your life? stay away from beta anything in general. run windows 10 inactivated for free

Lots of W10 betas, they are called Insider ring versions. All you have to di is to go to MS site and download any of theses insider versions, Slow, Fast or Skip ahead but they are no more free than regular ones. Some times they work good while some other times full of problems. At some time or other I run every alpha and beta of all windows including W1. Only W95 beta was better than released version. With most other ones you would be lucky to play Solitaire.
