Question i cannot control my gpu fan speed and i want to over clock

I have msi after burner and the fan part where you are supposed to be able to change the fan speed I cannot. has anyone experienced a similar problem and how did you resolve it (my gpu is a 2060btw)

What is the issue ?
Are the Fan control is grayed out (can't change), or you can change the setting but the fan spinning still not Change ?

What is the manufacturer of your GPU ? some manufacturer have their own software for something like this. Like "AORUS ENGINE" from Gigabyte or "GPU TWEAK II" from ASUS.
