I can't connect to compaq instant support

I have not been able to get help with my computer through a program on my
computer called Compaq instant support.It will not connect through.I think it
says something about a plugin problem.Anyone know what is wrong?Thanks

Forget about it. Just call Compaq Technical Support on the phone.
