My most comfortable mouse has been the Logitech M330 but for gaming it has connectivity issues ever since I got a PC instead of a laptop in-game probably because of other electronic devices per Logitech Support. I wish there was a wired version of the Logitech M330 but I have never found one identical to it and I have used the M320/M330 forever.
The problem I have with new mouses I got including e.g. Logitech G Pro X Superlight and Logitech G203 is that is uncomfortable for my hand while also causing rapid clicking inconsistency. The way I grip my mouse is that I prefer a fingertip like style with the palm of my hand on the mousepad and only partially touching the mouse itself. The rapid clicking inconsistency for me is when I click like 20 times within a few seconds but one click does not go through. Perhaps its the mouse button plate sensitivity mechanic messing with me as I suppose the M330 has a more sensitive button and is softer than gaming mouses in general, but as there is no wired version of the M330 I need to seek an alternative. Due to my grip style I think smaller mouses are more favourable, despite my hands being 18.5cm x 10 cm. M330 was like 10.7cm in length, G203 is 11.66 cm, G Pro X SuperLight is 12.5 cm, width is respectively 6.8 cm, 6.2 cm and 6.35 cm. Its been weeks but I have not gotten used to the G203 and it feels so obnoxious that I cannot click good enough because I play League of Legends professionally. Due to the fact I cant get used to any gaming mouse, I seek recommendations for other gaming mice as I have already spend hundreds on them but I have yet to find a really suitable one.

the Logitech G600 is the best mouse i've ever used out of maybe 12-15 over the last 20 years.

if you are concerned about hand placement go to local PC shops, Best Buy, Microcenter, etc and try out what they may have on display.
even if you don't find a perfect one at the right price you may give yourself a better understanding of the type that you'd be really comfortable with.

find some sponsors that would offer free peripherals to try/test and review.
I have already spend hundreds on them
when filing taxes this year right off the mice as a business expense if you are actually some type of "professional" gamer.

Thanks for the elaborate answer.
It does seem like an interesting mouse although the downside are the sidebuttons as they will most likely be a hindrance. I live in the Netherlands as well so the PC shops are limited but ill try.

not at all.
i have
Home, End, Numpad +, -, PgUp, Pg Dwn,
left, right, up, down, Enter, backspace
all right at my right hand fingertips while typing
and even better when playing games with multiple extra keybinds.

i also have a Corsair Vengeance M95 that i keep with my laptop that is a very nice mouse.
similar size to the G600 which makes it nice for those with normal > large hand sizes.
