I can't remember and old pc space racing game

Hello everyone
When I was a kid I was playing a space racing game that I got from my uncle.I can remember that it looked like it was on mars or something like that. The track had line in the middle of it with arrows (probably blue) that were showing the correct way of the race. Vehicles were floating/ hovering above the ground. I can remember that first vehicle you got was similar to a scooter.
