[SOLVED] I can't remove screws P300A

I can't remove both side panel (either glass or metal) with P300A
i mean i can't unscrew the screws
it does not any move.

If you have some wd40 give the base of the screws a very quick light spray with the straw inserted in sprayer, a little goes a long way. Give it a couple of minutes and then remember, lefty loosee, righty tighty.

are you only using your hands or trying with a screwdriver?

sometimes included soft washers can be crushed into the threads and harden there making it a bit more difficult to turn.
other times the threads themselves can be slightly damaged through use and also make it more difficult.

either way a thick screwdriver and minimal force should be all that's required.

Normally, you can unscrew with your fingers,
Turn counter clockwise.
If the screw is particularly difficult, then a proper sized screwdriver should do it.
The ultimate tool is a vice grip plier.
If all else fails, send the case back.
Double check... turn counter clockwise to loosen.
