Question I enabled MSI game boost but now the CPU light turns on and no post

I was gaming had some FPS drops so I went to the bios to see if i could overclock something and then i saw game boost i enabled it saved changes and restarted pc but then CPU light on my motherboard came on and my monitor had no signal does anyone know how to fix it. Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus Rx560
600 watt psu
Msi mag b550 tomahawk
16 GB of ram
4Tb Samsung SSD
I have a Philips TV
And use windows
CPU cooler I don't know but was running CPU at around 50

Psu is 4-5 years old and motherboard is 1 year old

You might want to clear the CMOS and see if that helps. You've also posted this thread in the motherboards section, yet the only semblance of your motherboard is mentioned in the thread's tags, i.e, MSI B550. MSI have a number of B550 chipsetted motherboard's in their portfolio, which one do you have?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
