Question I feel like 60FPS on 60Hz display in games isn't as smooth as it seems in videos on the same monitor.

it's a Lenovo E560 laptop monitor,
In some games as CS:GO where I locked the frames to 60 per second and lowered all the settings to never permit a frame drop. I still don't feel it is smooth as some YT 60FPS marked videos, or other monitors (TV and another 60Hz display) I tested on.

Settings:
Vsync triple buffered - on; to never miss a frame. I know it affects latency but games looks better with it
or
Vsync - Off, Freesync - On but still the same results

Most likely , the videos you are looking at, were recorded at a higher framerate. Therefore they appear smoother than your game does, since yours cannot achieve a higher framerate than 60FPS.
