Question I have a good PC but almost all games lag, stutter, and crash. What can I do?

So I have an Alienware M17 R5 AMD with the following:

AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with Radeon Graphics NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU I just copied and pasted some things. Almost every game I play lags, stutters crashes, etc. Every so often I contact and support and I'll have a BIOS update and that seems to help for a little while but by making the issues occur less frequently but I still have issues. Is this normal? Does everyone always have issues with games even when you lower the graphic settings? Could it just be the games being poorly made?

Most likely it's your driver's not being right, or your system is bottlenecking somewhere. Run a furmark test to see if your card is working properly.

I use Support Assist and GeForce Experience for drivers updates plus I run updates through Windows and those two multiple times a day hoping that something will come along. I don't know where else to go for that.
How do I run a Furmark test?

How are the temps on your GPU and CPU? Could it be possible that one of them are overheating?

Are you sure the Laptop is using the 3070 Laptop GPU and not the AMD onboard graphics?
