Question I have a problem with my reddragon keyboard

Hi guys

I need help with something. I just bought a wired/wireless keyboard but it isn't being recognized by its software. Its an red dragon vishnu k596, I have been trying all kind of things like to try on another device, to try to reinstall the software itself but idk what to do anymore

Might want to see if your motherboard is pending any BIOS updates, following that see if you can manually reinstall your chipset drivers.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
