My setup is
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Motherboard: Gigabyte A520M AORUS ELITE
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB DUAL OC
PSU: 450 Watt Power Supply

I have two monitors, one 144hz and one 60 Hz. The one that is 60 Hz keeps on flickering all the time. I don't know what happened but the two monitors worked perfectly before. I have tried changing cables from HDMI-HDMI to HDMI-DVI. I have also updated all the drivers, including graphic drivers and display drivers on both monitors.

I have tried every tip I could find but nothing helped me fix the problem. I need your help guys.

Here are some pitcures of how it looks.

Run a game on 60hz screen (any will do). Record it (for example with Windows Game Bar) when it flickers. Replay the video on other monitor. If it flickers on replay, it's the problem with GPU or drivers. If it does not flicker on replay problem lies in cable or monitor.

Okay, I just recorded it and the flickering doesn't come up in the replay. I've changed the cables so it's probably the monitor that is faulty.
