Question I have Good Internet Connection but very high ping help

I used to have good connection and a fair good amount of ping, but I had to reset my windows and now my ping is very bad and inconsistent. I tried reinstalling drivers but it did not help. I tried running these commands which came up when I was looking for help in this order on cmd.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
These commands only made it worse. Does anybody have any recommendations as how I should try and fix?

Where do you see this high ping. Are you using a actual ping command or is it some number you see in some game.

What do you see if you run a constant ping to a common IP like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1. What do you see if you ping your router IP.

Are you running on wifi or on a ethernet connection. This is a extremely common issue running on wifi.
