Hi the community,

I have see yesterday this warning in my windows 10 app log :

event : 8233
Reason:0xC004F074 AppId = 0ff1ce15-a989-479d-af46-f275c6370663, SkuId = b322da9c-a2e2-4058-9e4e-f59a6970bd69 Trigger=NetworkAvailable

It's new and recurcive. I suspect this warning to disturb my network because I have some server lost error, when I had played online at Titanfall2 (a origin game) this last night.

I have used maleware byte, but no virus found.

I play on a clevo P870dm laptop with a legal Win 10, a GTX 1080 SLI (but disable) with the last nvidia drivers (installed 2 days ago).

Please some people have an idea ? I don't know if the trouble come from my hardware, a maleware, windows 10 or origin gaming plateforme...

PS : I appolgize in advance for my bad english... I 'm french.

you do have an Get Office app that comes with Win 10, so have a look at the link I dropped as it may fix this. It appears the Get Office app is broken and is calling home on a lot of peoples PC's and causing random popups to appear and now this.

one related fix I found was to run system file checker
open command prompt (ADMIN)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter

SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

12288 also seems to tie into office which is odd as you don't have office on PC... It is mentioned here but I don't know what it all means

I am not sure what is going on, you might want to post on https://www.tenforums.com/ as someone there will know the answers... probably faster than Microsoft too.

did you ask on tenforums as I am not sure how to proceed at this point.

I am sure the exe that is causing all this is called OfficeBackgroundTaskHandler.exe but I don't know what to do to stop it. If you could find what service its associated with, you could set it to manual start
